We ask all prospective clients to submit some background prior to Your initial meeting. This includes completing our Client Info Sheet and providing some documentation before You meet with Our Advisors. This gives Our Team a broader picture of Our client’s financial lifestyle.


Initial Meetings

Once We have the requested information, We will schedule You with an introductory meeting or Your first planning meeting, with Our Advisors. You will be able to start creating a plan for Your financial objectives at either of these meetings. We are primarily a fee-based advisory business and where products are used that require commissions, that will be disclosed. Plan costs and fees associated with investment advisory will be discussed and made transparent.


Follow-up Meetings

In this step of the process, You will work on rough drafts with our Advisory Team for Your Financial Plan and make adjustments or establish new objectives for Your goals. A Financial Planning Engagement will be created, signed, and put into operation once the plan fee has been paid.



Upon establishing a path to meet Your objectives, Our Team will lay out the roles and responsibilities for Your plan to be put into action. It is Your choice as to whether You use Our firm to fulfill appropriate roles in Your plan. It is not required.


On-Going Relationship

As a Client, Your financial objectives will be reviewed through quarterly meetings with Your Advisor and with timely calls or correspondence with Our Team. This proactive approach is designed to ensure that Your concerns and needs are met.
